1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Veloura (the "Service"), operated by Veloura Johana LLC ("Veloura", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, located at 5830 E 2nd St Ste 7000 #38368, Casper, WY 82609, USA. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Veloura provides a hosted software platform offering user authentication, subscription billing, data storage, and transactional email tools for businesses building and operating online products.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
The Service is offered on Basic, Standard, and Premium subscription plans, billed monthly or annually as described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refund is issued for that period, except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers before the change takes effect.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe on the rights of others, transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Veloura Johana LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that we reasonably believe harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veloura Johana LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
